Q.

My daughter is 16 months old but I have a problem she poop around 4 times after every meal n after night milk also n den at night she wakes up n stay awakes for 2-3 hrs that is fixed after giving her milk then also she plays during that time what to do ?

A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but with improve with the increasing age of the child so kindly do not worry and just take care of environmental disturbances and it is up to you that you want to give milk to the child at night or not
