My daughter is 15 month old and her ear piercing is infected and it looks like this. Will it get better or worse?

Betadine ointment You should apply regularly on to this I am sure slowly gradually it is going to settle down it seems like it has become a litti infection inside so if you applied regularly this is going to settle down with passing time don’t worry about it
