Shahana SulaimanMom of a 1 yr 7 m old girl6 months agoA. After 1 year, cow's milk can be introduced as an alternative to formula. However, if breastfeeding, it's recommended to continue till 2 years for optimal nutrition and benefits.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Yes after the age of one years you can give it to the child there is no problem with that add about 20% of water into it which is what is going to be good enough for you to use and that is what you can give at least 500 for a day
