Q.

My daughter is 14 months old. Can u suggest weight gain food recepies for her

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 14 months old baby, you can give foods like Grains Pulses , powdered nuts Egg and Nonveg foods especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet. about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.

A. Give some sweet potatoes that helps in gaining weight and make the khichdi roast some vegetables in desi ghee like potato carrot peas beans add pinch of salt,black pepper, jeera and turmeric then add 1 tb spoon rice, moong dal then add water give some 3/4 whistles

A. hi yes.. sure.. you can give boiled egg, potato , sweet potato, rice etc you can give fruits like apple, banana, papaya, avacado, dates too give full cream milk with dry fruits powder. prepare Healthy snacks like sheera ,dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , golpappdi etc
