Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accorfxdingly.f

Because You are not maintaining a proper schedule for the child see your child is an age how you are going to be mild the schedule of the child it is going to work in that way only so it is completely dependent on you how do you work upon the schedule of your child
