Q.

My daughter is 14 month old. Having low grade fever. what shoule be dose of paracetamol??

A. you have to give paracetamol according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having. there are different strenngth of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml. in syrup formulation paracetamol has got different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml. so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of the child

A. Its Going to be around 1.5 ML that’s about it not more than that under the age of 1 1/2 years 1.5 ML would be the correct dosage to go for also if the fever is higher than 101° fahrenheit then you can start doing cold sponging as well that’s what is going to help
