my daughter is 13 year old.She is always having nose blockage especially in the nights.But when the Doctor examined her nose airways are clear.She has acne on her face and back.She attained puberty at the age of 11

A. Then put a pillow under the head of the child and don’t keep fan too fast sometimes what happens is when the fan fan is on the higher speed you can also create this kind of a nasal blockage so avoid using fan and see if that helps
