My daughter is 11 months old yesterday she fell down from the sofa with her backside head face towards the floor... She cried for a few minutes and settled. Yesterday the whole day she was fussy and wanted to be held by me. should I take her to a paediatrician. no swelling, no bruise and no vomiting and she was alert and awake after fall. please suggest

I think the child got hurt yesterday which is why the child was more cranky because of the pain on and off and that’s why the child wanted to be in lap since almost 12 to 24 hours have passed if your child is absolutely fine that’s good but still monitor and observe for another 24 hours if any of the things that you mentioned above happens then check with your doctor
