Q.

My daughter is 11 months old. I have recently started giving her lactose free milk. She was completely on breastfeed earlier. Now she is not accepting lactose free milk. Can i add little sugar in it for taste??

A. No, adding sugar will not help your child digest the milk any better, but it's likely to encourage a fondness for sugary drinks and foods.
