my daughter is 11 months old.. from last 3 days i found blood in stool.. is that some thing I need to worry

Yes absolutely yo child mostly is suffering with stomach infection which is why you can see blood into the motion of the child this is one of the most common things for us to understand so if you want you can talk to Dr or you can just go ahead with medication suggested by them because for this a proper course of antibiotics could be required to go ahead with
