my daughter is 11 months old ...can I take Truebasics multivitamin tablets...or it will cause any adverse effects on my baby

We don’t know what they brand and what the medications will be.
So better to avoid when breast feeding

Better consult your doctor for advice on the multivitamin supplements you might need to take in case of requirement. Follow your doctor’s instructions and take a good care of yourself and your baby.
