Q.
my daughter is 11 months old..as I gv her dalia, dal, apple, banana, semolina in the form of chila and upma, poha, khichdi etc.. problem is that she is passing very hard poop..I consult with dr. he recommends lactulose ..but it's not effective..please suggest any home remedy to recover this problem.. thanks in advance for ur valuable advice

give sipes of water after each solid feed.
Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.

Give Prune juice to your child before you put your child to sleep and papaya in the morning like empty stomach these two things are considered very good when it comes to the issue like constipation and try to include fibre rich fruits like oranges and you can give spinach beetroot all these things are very good so try that as well please

Give Really good amount of water to the child as much as you can most of these things happen when child is not having proper water so increase the intake of water for your child and then definitely you will see a good difference apart with the medicine that you are giving to the child
