Q.

My daughter is 11 month old. i am giving her solid food and buffalo milk. earlier she was on formula milk. Kindly suggest at this age how much milk quantity is sufficient for her in a day. Thanks.

A. Hello mom would suggest you to introduce the baby to animal milk from the age of one year and above only and Buffalo milk is rich in fat and slightly difficult to digest

A. hi mam,milk intake around 500ml per day is sufficient. but please prefer to offer breastfeeding atleast one year age. and if you want to introduce external milk , cow's milk is best
