My daughter is 10 year old her milk teeth had fallen and new had also come but it is moving what is the reason?

A. hi newly erupted permanent teeth are weak and they shake a little bit. but you should consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for routine dental check up and guidance about this

A. No they should not move if it is moving then there is definitely a major problem you really need to consult an orthodontic to know what is the issue you’ll have to have an assessment with the doctor personally and physically examine they will be able to help you with that
