my daughter is 10 months old. She is passing semi liquid stool from the past few days. after proper medication she has improved a bit but has stopped eating her meals properly. there is loss of appetite. what should I do?

A. hi yes, it happens that once babies fall sick they lose their apetite but for this,I would suggest to give food items like tomato soup, spinach soup,few sips of ajwain seeds water, coconut water etc
