my daughter is 1 yr old she is not gaining weight ,cow milk is goid for her or not,or any diet to change please help

A. Hello mom as the toddler is now one year old cows milk can be introduced to her and also now the diet should have usual foods made at home for the family no much restrictions now and avoid specialised baby foods
