A. Hai good afternoon !! If baby started babbling,small two letter words,identifying things with names around 50-70 then dont worry . Observe other milestones of responding to name,commands,eye contact,mingling with kids ,holding things,cognitive skills if any delay then need to concern. Generally babies start speaking sentences two word sentence by 1.5- 2 years,consult developmental paediatrician or speech therapist if any delay in milestones.
