my daughter is 1 yr 3 months old.she has not started speaking words like mumma papa..she keeps on speaking her own language for full day but donot speak words like mumma papa dada or nana...is this ok..pls suggest

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. babies 1 year 3 months old baby should start speaking at least by syllables by eight months of age also encourage the baby you can start talking to baby or telling bedtime stories

Every baby development cycle is different. Some babies cross milestones early and some takes time. If your baby is speaking her own language then everything is fine. But now you have to use more and more words while interacting with your baby only baby will start learning new words. So start doing it.
