my daughter is 1 yr 10mths old she speaks very few words like mummy papa and rest incomplete words bey - sitting cha- chalu and blabla....

It’s okay try to teach your child to speak properly by breaking a word if a bird word is break the word for the child child to teach child to speak so if it is a big thing you can say ba plus by so when you break a word to say baby like this child is going to pick up it’s not a problem
