A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can distudrb the sleep. also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem. rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern d

A. Give milk to the child half an hour before your child goes to sleep and also at the same time I would recommend you to use air plugs for your child that is going to give your child smooth and noise free sleep
