Q.

my daughter is 1 year old she is having fever from yesterday we are giving her paracetamol calpol 1ml in every six hours ...once we give medicine fever comes down then again after sometime fever raises..we have given her 3 doses of 1ml in last 18 hrs but still she has fever.

A. if it is viral fever it can continue for 3 days and after that it will decrease so what you can do is wait for 3 days with paracetamol which can be given maximum four times per day and after that also if fever comes then please meet your doctor

Q. My daughter (age 1 year 3 month) suffering from last 3-4 days with cold and cough & fever. We are giving Paracetamol T98 drop 1ml with 6-7 hour intervals. after giving the Paracetamol fever gone but fever coming back after 6-7 hour. from last 3-4 days this is going on. Today we consulted Doctor, he told that due to viral fever it will stay 4-6 days and he prescribed calpol drop ( 1ml with 6 hour interval).
