Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods like meat, chicken and fish.
Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates, cashew nuts to baby’s diet.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
