My daughter is 1 year old now. she doesn't sleep at night till 4 am,,, no in matter how much I try to make her sleep.

A. Avoid giving total daytime nap to the child and get your child exhausted by the nice make sure that your child doesn’t sleep in the day with which eventually your child is going to get tired and learn to sleep early and wake up fresh in the morning
