Q.

My daughter is 1 year old and she is on total BM and no FM. Which milk should we feed her now as BM is not sufficient to feed her. Please suggest.

A. hi as your child is one year old,you can now start to offer external milk . so I suggest you to offer cow's, A2 milk as it is safe and easily digestible. but as you are introducing it first time,offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not.
