my daughter is 1 year 9 months old can i feed saffron added milk

A. yes you can give it as your baby is already more than one year old now and it is acceptable and will be beneficial you can also give kids-pro powder mixed in milk for good flavour and growth of the baby

A. Hello dear parent! Once in a while you can add a little to your child’s milk. Limit the milk intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Good luck and take care.
