my daughter is 1 year 7 days. can she have a cow milk now. if yes. in what portion should we give.

Yes you can give it to the child so to begin we take about 80% of merit and 20% of water should be added and that’s what you should offer and if your child is able to digest it then slowly gradually after a week to 10 days start reducing down the amount of water
