my daughter is 1 year 1 month old now.. please suggest what we can give to her at evening or night so that her stomach is full whole night and she can rest more.

A. since baby is more than 1 year of age you can give all the traditional foods prepared in the house for other family members better to give a glassful of buffalo milk before sleeping
