My daughter is 1 and half years old ..she is having measles all over her body although I have vaccinated rubeola vaccine whe she was 9 months .. Any reason behind it? why does it occur after vaccination also?

A. you had to take two doses of MMR vaccine one around 9 months and other vaccine around 15 months to have proper immunity in the baby e there can be different reasons for vaccine failure
