My daughter is 1.6 years old she is having constipation and stomach pain and sometimes she gets fever for 2 days . Is it because of her teething?

A. no teething problems Eruption of teeth is a physiological process baby will not have any Feverr and loose motions Please massage the gums with your finger apply dentogel on the gums of the baby
