Q.

My daughter is 1.5 months old. She has not passed motion for 3 days but passing smelly gas. What needs to be done to resolve this issue

A. breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is normal finding, burp properly afyer each feed n mother should have healthy diet

A. hi dear Food. If your baby is eating solid foods, give them more fiber to help pass the poop. Try pureed prunes, sweet potatoes, barley, or whole grain cereals. Fiber-rich foods might make your baby gassy, but they often help with the poop!
