my daughter having fever along with white round patches in throat n she having difficulty in swallowing n pain also...help m

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative mgedicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too tbo bring the temperature down .
