it is caused by many reasons like fast eating habit , not chewing food properly , indigestion , force feeding or overfeeding , constipation , dehydration or Infection.
so please check all these.
make sure your child takes food well and chew his food well.
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
don't force feed or overfeed your child.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk banana etc more
avoid giving bakery food and heavy food items.
keep your child well hydrated
encourage your to do more physical activities.
give 4 or 5 mint leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
