My daughter hates cashew nuts. But, as far I know cashews are good for development. Kindly suggest how can I incorporate them into her diet, and most importantly which brand should I reach out for better quality?

A. I used to buy cashews from local shops but got insects many times inside the cashews. I have tried EAT Anytime brand's cashews after reading so many positive reviews about the same. their quality is premium and are super crunchy and creamy in taste

NikithaMom of a 11 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can give cashew in any form maybe you can powder it or you can also be giving it directly the child is able to chew or use it and any of the baby food and give it for the child which will help in the growth of the child and absolutely nothing to worry about
