My daughter has white spots inside her mouth due to which she is neither able to eat anything nor speak nor open her mouth. What is this, my baby is only 2 years old, please suggest MD.

Without looking at a picture of the current situation we cannot assist you with a medicine so please check with your doctor physically either you visit your paediatric or you can actually visit a dentist to no one understand what’s the problem and accordingly you can take a proper solution to the issue that’s there
