Q.

my daughter has turned 2 on 11 Dec. her weight is 9.8 and height 81cm. but she seems active and mostly meeting all her milestones. how can I gain her weight. she is a fussy eater.

A. Hi dear mom Yes kids are fussy in eating food. U need to handle ur baby with some tricks. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating, give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that will attract towards food, give ajwain water, jeera water as natural appetiser to increase the appetite of ur baby. Add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi banana shake etc for weight gain
