My daughter has this mark on her hand and its hard... can i know is it birthmark or something else..

A. hey mommy birth marka are usually not hard. it will well like its a part of the akin itself just a different coloured. it's hard to tell what it is without having a look at it. please show it to youe doctor at the time of vaccination.
