it happens because of nutritional deficiencies.
so please give Healthy and well blanaced diet to your child.
do not force feed or overfeed your child.
give food in small bites.
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
it is best to give mint and Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and two drops of ginger juice daily in morning.
keep your child well hydrated.
dress your child lightly.
