My daughter has some white spots on her cheeks. Kindly advise.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then ysou have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, alslergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

These things are mostly seen during the time of dryness or some kind of a deficiency in the body is mostly associated with calcium so the current situation till the time we are not much sure about it you cannot start with the right treatment so I suggest you to kindly check with your doctor for this
