my daughter has small white rashes on body what is that?? no itching is there

If it is spreading on to the entire body than that could be either due to dryness on the skin or sometimes it is very commonly seen that the child could be having a problem associated with skin you know like vitiligo or something I do not mean to scare you but they can be possibilities of the situation so since you all yourself are not sure about it please have a proper physical assessment with your doctor
