My daughter has High fever since last 3-4 days. giving medicine ( Calpol 120mg, Maxtra 60ml, Meftal P suspension) & She is 14 month old Doctor, yesterday night she has 102.9 Fever..

fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p.
kindly do body sponget and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
