it is a congenital blood vascular malformation. if it is small in size then not treatment is required only wait and watch policy. but if it is large in size it is advisable to meet your doctor because medicines mxay have to be started along with any surgical intervention if needed. you have to take help of paediatrician as well as paediatric sxurgeon.
care has to be taken that no trauma occurs on it otherwise it can lead to profuse bleeding
