Q.

my daughter has fever since last 4 days... our pediatrician did blood test and suggested x ray... the xray seems normal.. but i did not understand the blood reports... he has given antibiotic for 10 days... but just wanted to knw the reports are they serious. her crp is 185 mg rest report attached

A. CRP level is high which shows infection so that is the reason the doctor prescribed antibiotics and you need to complete the course of medicine and follow your doctor advice and give more liquids to the baby abd light to digest foods

A. thanks for the reply madam wat abt the monocytes 40 %and rbc count 3.97and neutrophils 7.80

A. The CRP is on the higher level which is why I believe your child is suffering with an infection and that is why this is happening and giving is not helping currently so ask your doctor of any other medication would be required to go ahead withWrite Your Answer Here
