my daughter has fever and cold.can I give paracetamol and chlorpheniramine maleate & phenylephrine hydrochloride syrup ip together

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and deconghuestants like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline garglevs .
