Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. if the heat rash is due to sweating skin you can apply calamine lotion as well as baby pcowder. give plenty of fluids to drink to the child to maintain hydration. you can gco for prickly heat powder application also.
