You can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello now since the baby as completted six months you can be giving your child home made cerelac rice well cooked with dal curds ghee banana and steam apple chicoo which are all healthy and nutritious and fruits and vegetables puree would be good for the baby
