Q.

my daughter has a very low appetite also she only want milk in his appetite another problem is vomiting sometimes it comes regularly like 2-3 days after having milk doc has suggested to reduce the milk quantity how can I overcome this situation past days she was diagnosed with low hemoglobin which is 7.4 kindly suggest some thing for increasing her appetite and increasing of her hemoglobin

A. Hello ma’am If your child’s haemoglobin is less try to give more of beetroot and pomegranate to your child as that will help in increasing the haemoglobin apart from that you can start giving iron supplement to your child. Rest I am going to advise you to consult a nutritionist for a proper diet plan for your child as well
