Q.
My daughter has a running nose due to which she is not able to sleep and eat properly. Please advise what to do

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom try to keep the child head a little elevated , give a warm water bath with some eucalyptus oil in it, give indirect steaming , warm foods like vegetable soups or kichidi etc .

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear If your child's symptoms don't get better after a week, call the doctor to make sure it's not some other type of infection. Runny nose that doesn't get better. Call your doctor if it doesn't go away, or if your baby is sneezing and has red eyes along with it. It could be a sign of allergies.
