my daughter has 8 months now so what can I prefer cerelac for my baby

A. Yes you can give. Also homemade foods. At about eight months, you can introduce foods that are slightly coarser than strained pureed foods. They require more chewing than baby foods. You can expand your baby's diet to include soft foods such as yogurt, oats, mashed banana, mashed potatoes, or even thicker or lumpy pureed vegetables. You can continue the same as in last few months you can combine feew fruits and veggies include dals. You can refer YouTube for receipe as well. Just ensure to give as little thicker.
