my daughter has 3 years she feels very sick she have vomtings.doctor said that she has infection or food poison they gave drops and injections also . but she feel very sick day by day . what to do to cure infection.what we have to give

Maam it’s very difficult to say what treatment you need to follow if you haven’t got a blood test done for your child and you can go ahead with that too exactly know what is the range of the infection and accordingly they will be able to treat you if you want you can take a second opinion also
