my daughter has 100.3 fever please suggest good syrup i already give her crossin syrup but she has got no relief

A. Mam that’s the best setup that you can give to the child currently you should give the correct dosage of medicine as per the current rate of your child and can also do cold sponge if the fever doesn’t within maximum time of 72 hours then please consult your doctor
